At Simply Skin Spa we dedicate ourselves to providing clients with the highest level of customer care available. As part of our customer care we maintain a high level of transparency by which patients are aware of each and every one of our policies and have the opportunity to ask questions if need be. What type of Spa is Simply Skin?

We are a clinical skincare center that specializes in non-invasive anti aging treatments. We offer a wide variety of skincare treatments to suit any skin type. Our staff are experienced licensed estheticians. We provide our clients with the knowledge they need to get wonderful results.

What should I bring with me?

For your convenience everything you need is provided! You may keep your personal belongings with you in the room where you receive your services. However, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.

What do I need when scheduling an appointment?

Any major credit card number is required at the time of scheduling to secure your reservation.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

To enhance your spa experience, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This will allow time to relax prior to your treatment and fill out any required paperwork.

What if I am late for my appointment?

Running late will simply limit the time of your treatment, but we will always do our best to accommodate you. However, we value every client’s time, so we will need to end on time as to not delay the next guest. Our technicians reserve their time specifically for their guests. In the event that you arrive late and unable to receive your scheduled service, the full value of your treatment will still be charged.

What if I need to cancel my scheduled appointment?

If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the spa at least four hours in advance to avoid being charged 50% of your scheduled service total. Cancellations of packages require at least 48-hours notice. Private parties, and groups of 4 or more, are subject to a one-week cancellation policy.

What if I have special health concerns?

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect your treatments or use of our amenities when making your reservation. First time guests will be asked to complete a personal health form prior to receiving any treatments. Communication with your spa service provider is essential for you to receive the most personalized care. All information is confidential.

The Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please help us to maintain the serenity of the spa by refraining from using your mobile phone, personal electronic devices and camera while enjoying our Spa services. This also ensures the privacy of all of our guest’s and maintains a quiet and relaxing environment.

We accept all major credit cards.

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is not included, but we ask that you appropriately acknowledge exceptional service.
