Cancellation Policy

“We require a 48-hour cancellation notice for all Spa Packages and a 24-hour cancellation notice for all other services. Thank you for understanding that we make our living by reserving time for our clients. We make every effort to schedule enough time for each appointment so as to be on time for you. In order to keep this schedule policy working for all of our clients, any cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance of an appointment will result in an assessment of 50% of the full service charge. If you are a “no-show” you will be charged 100% of the full service charge.

A major credit card number is required for the booking of multi-service appointments.

We gladly accept SpaWeek gift cards. In order to book an appointment using a SpaWeek card as payment, you must provide us the card number at the time of booking for validation. As SpaWeek cards cannot be redeemed in part, we will redeem your card for the full amount shown if you fail to show up for your appointment, or if you fail to give us 24-hour/48-hour notice as outlined above.”
